Part 1: Estrogenic replacements

Part 1: Estrogenic replacements

Skinn products

As we all know by now, estrogenics are very bad for your health, fertility, and testosterone.

In this email, I will be covering replacements for skin-based products that I have incorporated into my daily life to avoid estrogenics (not sponsored).

All these replacements are not sponsored; they are just my personal advice based on research.

Keep in mind that there are a lot of options when it comes to buying these products.

Some of them are more expensive than others.

Deodorant

There are alot of toxic chemicals in regular deodorants such as parabens, triclosan, phthalates, propylene glycol, aluminum and many other ones.

Toothpaste

Next we will be covering toothpaste. I use thooth powder instead but you can also opt for regular toothpaste withouth the harmfull chemicals such as fluoride, triclosan, artificial sweetners.

Soap

Soap comes directly in contact with your skin so this should be replaced aswell.

Parfume

For parfume I just use the regular ones because I love them. 1 simple rule I go by is spray them on the clothes, not on your skin.
