Why you should replace things immediately

For me, it all started when I watched a video of Hamza discussing how estrogen ruins our body.

The impact of estrogen is significant.

He gained a lot of knowledge from the book "Estrogeneration."

I wanted to delve deeper into this topic, so that's what I did.

There is a lot of useful information; I recommend reading the book.

But if you don't, reading my emails is equivalent, only explained in bro science.

In this newsletter we continue where we ended last time.

The estrogenic replacements you can make.

Small changes that will benefit you in the long run in terms of health and fertility.

There are 2 simple rules I go by to make it easier.

  1. Did my ancestors ate/drank it?

  2. Does it contain natural ingriedients?

An easy tool if you want to check on estrogens is ChatGPT.

Give in the ingredients list and ask:

“Does this contain estrogenic ingredients?”

Solved.

CLOTHING

Most fancy gym wear contains plastics inside the shirts for example.

They get released when you sweat.

That’s why I quited using them.

For clothing I mostly use cotton.

(90% cotton+ is still fine).

Use:

  • Cotton

  • Linnen

  • Wool

  • Silk

  • ….

Avoid:

  • Polyester

  • Nylon

  • Spandex or Lycra

  • Polypropylene

  • Elastane

FOOD

Food is very important.

Your diet should be top priority.

Sellecting food is quite simple.

Use:

  • Whole foods

  • Natural foods

  • Water

Avoid:

  • Arteficial colourings

  • Food in plastic containers

  • Soy
